This information encompasses transaction history, balances, and/or other payment-related details or other payment method data, as well as debit instructions or other standing instructions necessary for processing payments for the Services. Such information is compiled and analysed by the Company in an aggregated manner that does not specifically identify You.

Please note that all information shared with group companies, affiliates, and subsidiary companies or made available to group companies, affiliates, and subsidiary companies will be governed by this Privacy Policy. In addition to the Personal Information and to provide Services to You, Rupeedhas may also collect Your Aadhaar, fingerprint details, and signature solely for completing the account opening procedures and authenticating Your transactions on the Platform. The act of providing Your Aadhaar is voluntary in nature and the Company hereby agrees and acknowledges that Rupeedhas will collect, use, and store such details in compliance with applicable laws and this Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose Your Personal Information, to third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers of the Company, who are bound by contractual obligations to keep such personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which We disclose it to them and You hereby give Your consent for the same. This disclosure may be required for Us, for instance, to provide You access to Our Services and process payments including validation of Your bank accounts, to facilitate and assist Our marketing and advertising activities/initiatives, for undertaking auditing or data analysis, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to Our Services.
You hereby specifically agree and provide Your consent thereby enabling Us and/ or Our group/associate/affiliate companies to access, store, transfer, and process your SMS data to review your profile or do internal evaluation and analysis. We may upload Your image on our platform for app functionality, and You hereby consent to this action.
Any data obtained through this integration will be utilized by the Company solely to provide the Services, enhancing Your experience with the features of the Platform, and consolidating Your investment details and history. The Company agrees and acknowledges that it shall refrain from using or transferring any data or information received from the integration of email addresses with the account on the Platform to third parties for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
We encourage You to carefully review the information before giving Your consent for the integration of email addresses with the account on the Platform. At any time, You may choose to de-link Your email addresses connected with the account opened on the Platform by managing these connections using the options provided on the Platform.

h. Contains software viruses or other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.

7. Your Consent and Changes to Privacy Policy
